Swedish Massage...
is the most popular massage available. It is very relaxing and relieves any aches and pains you may be experiencing. Choose this when you want to "get away from the world" for a while,
and to feel nurtured. We use high-quality aromatherapy essential oils for each massage. You may receive your 30-minute, 60-minute, or 90-minute session with either Jill or Tim.
Thai Yoga Massage...
is an experience like no other. With the client resting on a soft mat, Tim uses both his hands and feet to stretch the body in a precise and gentle way. Sessions also include elements of accupressure and gentle rocking. A Thai Yoga Massage helps to relieve aches and pains and is extremely relaxing. It has been practiced in Thailand for over 2,000 years and is just now becoming popular in the West. Tim was trained at The Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Care is taken to adjust the massage to each person's unique body, so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of this healing art, regardless of their health or fitness levels. Loose-fitting clothing will be provided. A transformative Thai Yoga Massage session is usually two-hours long. Shorter sessions can be arranged.

Couples Massages...
are a great way for two people to share a unique experience. A sense of healing and harmony between the recipients, is often the result. This is a great choice for Anniversaries, Weddings and Valentine's Day. We offer them at our location, or in the comfort of your own home. When we come to you, we bring with us everything you need to enjoy this experience: two portable massage tables, sheets, towels, relaxing music and high-quality aromatherapy massage oils. Sessions are usually one-hour long.
Chair Massage...
offers a great, quick pick-me-up. This service is most often provided when several people are booking together. We can come to your work place to brighten up your day, or to your home to add some extra fun to your next party. Each person typically receives 10 to 15 minutes of bodywork.
Foot Reflexology...
has been around for hundreds of years. Each part of the foot has a corresponding part on the body. By massaging the feet in a special way, it is possible to send healing energy to those corresponding areas. Experience 30 minutes of pure relaxation...
10 Minute Tune-ups...
are available for those times when a longer session is not an option. You'll be fully clothed and we'll have you in and out in 15 minutes flat. Available in packages of 3 for $45.
Private Yoga Classes...
are available at either our location or yours. Trained as a student-in-residence at three renowned yoga centers, Tim has over 30 years experience as a yoga practitioner. He will teach you one-on-one, or in a group with your friends and family. He is also available to teach in a corporate setting. The classes are designed to address your particular needs and concerns. Unlike in a regular class, where you have to fit into the style of yoga being taught, Tim will fit the yoga to you. Everyone, of any age or fitness level, is able to enjoy the benefits of yoga this way. He will use his knowledge and insight to assist you to easily and gracefully obtain a state of peace, harmony and joy, both during the class and in your everyday life. A weekly yoga class is a simple and very effective way to feel good. The benefits will be noticed immediately. The length of the class can be determined by you.
Quantum Touch and Reiki...
are sometimes referred to as "Energy Work". You will lie fully clothed on a massage table while we lay our hands on different areas of the body in a precise and gentle way. During your session, you will feel healing energy entering your body. It is a very nurturing experience, helping you to feel cared for. After your session you will be more relaxed and healthier in mind, body and spirit than you have felt in a long time. This type of bodywork is a good choice if you are very stressed, or for some reason are unable to receive a regular massage. Very good for pain-relief. Sessions are usually 30-minutes or 60-minutes long.
